As Sopria Steria's Senior Candidate Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our candidate marketing efforts are impactful, measurable and aligned with business priorities. You will set-up campaigns and oversee performance tracking. While working closely with our performance & data team to interpret and steer campaigns using data-driven insights. Your stakeholder management will enable you to connect marketing operations with translation business needs into impactful actions.
Key responsibilities:
- Align candidate marketing initiatives with business goals and follow-up on meaningful KPIs;
- Partner with the performance & data team to ensure effective measurement and reporting, constructively challenging assumptions and offering strategic input;
- Utilise HubSpot to ensure efficient lead management and candidate nurturing processes;
- Translate marketing results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership;
- Collaborate closely with business teams to align priorities, set expectations, and evaluate campaign success;
- Support the development of structured candidate journeys and ensure strong coordination with employer branding initiatives;
- Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making within the candidate marketing team.
Wij zoeken iemand met
- 8–9 years’ experience in (Candidate) Marketing, with strong exposure to analytics, marketing automation, and stakeholder collaboration;
- Solid knowledge of demand generation;
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
- Strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge and interpret data in a business-relevant context;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders;
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities;
- Familiar with B2B talent acquisition processes and employer branding;
- Having a background within a digital/marketing agency or a multinational in the professional services industry;
- Business-oriented, with a structured mindset and results-driven approach.
